How to Get Dlc Guns in Black Ops 3

Im not sure who the founder is, i made a video about a year ago using almost this method that i found myself so i might be the founder. Tbh ive never understood the whole founder thing so lets just say there is no founder ?
I will add video of me doing this under the text tutorial
This would work for ps4 if i knew the UI stack method for PS4. I dont know it so im not including PS4 in the prefix. If someone can tell me it, i will update the thread :tongue:

Requirements :

  • 2 controllers
  • 1 friend
  • You not to be prestige master (it sucks that you cant do this as prestige master, im lvl 500 and have 2 ranged weapons :frown: )
  • Have a locked lethal or tactical
  • Atleast 2 unlock tokens


Text Tutorial :
C1 = Controller 1
C2 = Controller 2
(i cba to type them over and over)

  1. Sign into dummy account on C1
  2. Sign into Account you want weapons on C2
  3. Start BO3 with C1
  4. Go to custom games with C1
  5. Go onto - Set Up Game, Edit game rules, Create a Class, Edit Preset Classes, Any Preset Class, Perk 2 and Hover Over HardWired
  6. Friend who is sitting in Public Match screen (bit where it says find a game, create a class etc ) Invites C1
  7. Accept invite on C1 and Spam A on C2
  8. You should get a UI error if youve done it right, and you should see all the perk 2s on your screen (you can dismiss the ui error message)
  9. With C1 back out of your friends game and go to public match (you might already be there)
  10. On C2 click B until you see Custom 1,2,3,4+5
  11. Click on create a class with C1 (it will stack the CaC screens ontop of each other)
  12. Press A on C2 to bring that screen to the front again, now press B on C2 and go to the class you want to add the dlc weapon too.
  13. Still on C2 go to the lethal or tactical slot and click on a lethal or tactical that isnt already unlocked (you should be hovering over the bit where it says - Unlock, Unlock and equip or cancel)
  14. Press A on C1 and then go and hover over any dlc weapon you want to unlock. I did the Skull Splitter so i clicked on secondaries and went to melee and hovered over the skull crusher
  15. Now on C2 click unlock, and then again click on the DlC weapons you chose (still with C2) and click unlock and equip.
  16. The dlc weapon will now be in your tactical/lethal slot.


Bonus - Add attachments

If you have a primary DLC weapon in your tactical/lethal slot (an assault rifle for example) then put on overkill in the wildcards. Then add a weapon of the same class as your overkill weapon. For example if i added the HG40 into my tactical/lethal slot, then i would add a submachine gun such as the kuda as my overkill weapon. Now add the attachments you want to use onto your Over kill weapon, they will copy across onto your dlc weapon :tongue:

Tbh ive never understood the whole founder thing

Founders credit allows the people who actually spend hours searching for these glitches to get some recognition. Without the people who spend time searching for these glitches, most glitching channel like your own wouldn't exist.

Thats fair enough but out of my last 30 videos/livestreams only a few have been glitches that people have told me. Moon round skip using anywhere but here i tried myself and found to work (i had developed the astronaut grabbing you idea), getting dlc weapons i found myself about a year ago with no help, liquid divinium glitch i found last october with no help. The videos i have used other peoples methods in i have shouted them out but realistically people dont care who found the glitch they just want to know how to do it and thats it. I can see your point but at the same time its kinda pointless to be asked for a shoutout because the majority of people dont care.

Oh yeah no i didnt find the ui stack but i found how to get the dlc weapons. Also the second thread you linked was september 9th 2016, the video i made about this was originally uploaded July 28th 2016 ( )
wait sorry no originally it was uploaded July 17th 2016

The only thing different about this method is that you get a friend to invite you rather than invite yourself. I was not told this, i just tried it and it worked. Other than that it is virtually the same.

PS4 UI stack doesn't work anymore.Hasn't for a while.
If you're on Xbox 1,maybe your timing is slightly off.
